Good to know
Please arrive to our clubhouse at 506 Walsh St, Austin TX 78703 to pick up your rental. A government issued ID and credit card from the renter is required to be on file.
Failure to return our equipment will result in additional charges. Lost or stolen items will be the responsibility of the renter and can incur charges of up to $2000 per vehicle. Any damage to our equipment will result in extra charges for repair or replacement.
What to expect
Rent our Rad Runner e-bike and explore Austin at your own pace. If you can ride a bicycle, you can ride this e-bike. It comes equipped with a bench seat, which makes it comfortable for everyone to use, as well as storage for a small purse or backpack.
You can pick up your rental starting at 10 a.m., and it must be returned by 6 p.m. Please bring a government issued ID and credit card that will be held as a deposit. You do need to be at least 60" tall to operate and at least 18 years of age to rent our e-bikes.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the start time.
